Flea Inspiration ~Creative Tips~
I have so enjoyed blogging about my trip to Lucketts and Frederick. Here is my Epilogue to Day 1 and Day 2 Flea Market Inspiration tours which provides some fun ideas for holiday decor and gift giving too..
More Creative Tips
Tip 1
Looking for a cute gift idea for Christmas? Why not a set of ball jar lid coasters stamped on cork. These can be generic like these or they can be more personal for that special someone.
Tip 2
So simple, yet so cute. Get little bags - brown paper works great as seen here - and put your silver in them at each place setting. Why not add a little holiday cheer with some festive greens. This could also be used at your Thanksgiving table with colorful leaves. You could put chalkboard labels on each bag for names at each place setting.
Tip 3
These antique flower vase frogs take on a new job. Instead of holding flowers, they are holding memories - old pictures. This particular vignette was appealing to me because they are stacked on each other and then put on a pedestal.
I wish you each a special time of thanks during this month. Think about all that you are thankful for, make a thankfulness tree....
Total tangent - I did this thankfulness tree several years ago. We are a family of 3. I gave each person a color (green, coral or gold) and they had to fill out what they were thankful for on each paper. I actually punched these shapes from paint swatch cards (free!).
Take a walk through crunch leaves, breath in crisp cold air....ahhh....just be.
Feeling Thankful,
Michelle
