Marche Maison Spring Vintage Market

I wanted to pause and do some reflecting today. I have not blogged in a bit and I truly love to share whatever projects I am working on whether for my own residence or for my retail space in Historic Bethlehem. Really, blogging is THE reason I started this entire website. I love design, I love transforming my own home into a new season and I love it so much that I felt this deep down need to share it beyond my family and friends. I have had the pleasure of being on a couple of local home tours over the years, but they have been Christmas season only and there are 3 other seasons to share right!? So you, my readers, are the recipients of my heart to share my love and inspiration for all the things!

If you follow me on other social media such as Facebook or Instagram, you know I just birthed another "baby" this past weekend. The Marche Maison Vintage Market baby! God did an amazing thing when he allowed my original Spring Vintage Market in 2018 vision to become a reality in the historic 1810 Goundie House in Bethlehem, PA! Honestly, I could not have dialed it up more perfectly! I hosted 10+ vendors in that original market and due to receiving amazing response, we continued on a smaller scale through the year as a pop up. We "go dark" as they call it for weeks and pop back up usually to correlate with the kick off of a new season. We have done Spring, Fall, Christmas and Valentines Day and this past weekend we just did our second Spring themed event. We added a sip and shop component on Friday night which was a blast and we also added swag bags Saturday morning for those early bird shoppers. Stay tuned on the Events tab for the happenings of upcoming events.

Without further ramblings, here are some Kodak moments to memorialize the event:

The birthing of Spring began the first week of March in the Visitor Center window. The old vintage bike is front and center with bunny friends eager for the trip perched in the front of the basket, ears raised and excited! Nothing says spring to me like an umbrella! This one is no exception and it is completely girly and gorgeous! Overhead are "raining" flowers. The Spring banner is accented with vintage pages from a plant care book. It is hard to see but there are swings hanging on each side with a shutter behind them. Each swing has greens with flowers on the chains giving a ride to a vintage watering can!

Next stop, the Friday night Sip & Shop event!

Final Stop... Saturday, March 16th. Yup, the SAME day as the Saint Patties Day parade in downtown Bethlehem!

Part of the fun (as you see from the pics above) is I have two other vendors/friends "friendors" LOL that have joined me. Cottage and Bloom as well as My 3 Girls...

So, before I sign off, these cute succulent "hoe" shelves!

Thank you to each and every shopper, friend and visitor that came to see us! If you missed our reveal, you can come and shop the current season. Consult the Vintage Market tab for current hours and location information.

Thank you for walking through my past couple weeks of hustle! Happy tulip bulb poppin', grass greening Spring!

XOXO

Michelle
